Shipping Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. This shipping policy (“Policy”) applies to use of the website www.adtiart.com
including any web-pages thereof, mobile-optimized version of the website and other
media formats (“Platform”) owned by Adti International LLP, a limited liability
partnership incorporated under the laws of India, and/or its affiliates, having its
registered office located at Flat No 606 Bhairavi-b, Dindoshi Doordarshan Chsl,
Goregaon East, Mumbai, Goregaon East, Maharashtra, India, 400063, India under the
name and style of “ADTi ART” (hereinafter “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2. Please also read Terms of Use (“Terms”) and other policies as set out on the Platform
before proceeding to place an order. By placing a purchase order, it shall be deemed
that you have read the Terms and other policies including this Policy and the same are
acceptable and binding upon you. Capitalized word used herein and not defined here
is defined in the Terms.
1.3. At the Company, we recognize the utmost significance of delivering your purchased
products in optimal condition and within the stipulated timeframe. To achieve this, we
have established collaborations with top-tier logistics providers in India and abroad,
guaranteeing swift and reliable delivery of your orders.

2. SHIPPING RATES

2.1. Domestic (India)
Delivery charges shall be applicable to the ordered products as indicated on the
Platform at the time of checkout. The customer shall be liable to pay the delivery
charges associated with their order. We also offer express shipping at an additional
cost, which can be selected during checkout.
2.2. International
We offer international standard shipping at no additional cost for purchases exceeding
100 Euros. For orders below this threshold, delivery charges shall be applicable to the
ordered products as indicated on the Platform at the time of checkout, which is non-
refundable. Please be aware that any duties and taxes incurred for international orders
will be the responsibility of the Customer.

3. SHIPPING

3.1. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject an order placed on the Platform in
part or in full. The Company will notify the Customer of its acceptance of the order
on the email address (provided at the time of registration or purchase), as soon as possible by confirming receipt of the order placed and dispatch of the same. The
Company may also require additional verifications or information before accepting
any order. All decisions in relation to the acceptance or rejection made by the
Company shall be final and binding. The Customer agrees not to challenge such
decision in any manner whatsoever.

3.2. Further, we may at times be unable to deliver confirmed order(s) to you and the
reason for the same could be inclusive of but not limited to (i) unavailability of the
relevant Product(s); (ii) failure of the concerned manufacturer / supplier / designer /
importer / vendor to deliver the relevant raw materials to us; (iii)
poor/improper/defective quality of the relevant product ascertained through our
quality audit process; (iv) any Force Majeure Event and (v) inaccuracies or errors in
product or pricing information. In the event of any circumstance(s) as mentioned you
shall not be entitled to any damages or monetary compensation.
3.3. As soon as an order is dispatched, the Company shall send a shipping confirmation
and contact the Customer via. e-mail or multimedia text messages as SMS,
WhatsApp, Facebook messenger or phone calls from the Company on the Customer’s
mobile number with the delivery details or in such other manner as may be deemed fit
by the Company. The Customer, as a registered user, can track the order using the
Platform and can also track the order by visiting the ‘Order History’ page under the
Customer Account.
3.4. Once the order has been placed, the Customer agrees and acknowledges that the
Customer cannot modify the order. It is however clarified that the Customer may
amend the shipping address by notifying the Company in writing any time before the
Customer’s order has been packed for dispatch. The standard timeline for delivery of
orders placed on the Platform across India is 7-30 business days. If the Company is of
the opinion that the dispatch time may take more than that indicated on the Platform,
the Company will inform the Customer of a new dispatch time.
3.5. Requests for specific time/date delivery are subject to dispatch of the products from
the warehouse and service availabilities by the courier partner.
3.6. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained hereinabove, during high season
and sale, shipping of products may take a little longer.
3.7. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date
of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third party delivery
agencies and/or due to time required for statutory clearances during the delivery
process.
3.8. Products will not be handed over by the courier before the payment is made and
returns / cancellation will have to be raised separately with our customer experience
team.

3.9. We do not necessarily require a signature for goods delivered, at the point of delivery
itself, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If You have specified a
third party recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that
evidence of a porch delivery at the address given (or at that delivery address) is
evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us of our obligation.
3.10. For international deliveries, a porch or door delivery without signature may be done.
This is in line with international standards of shipping.
3.11. The Company cannot guarantee delivery of product(s) to post office box (“P. O.
Box”) addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the
delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form. If the Company cannot
deliver products to the P. O. Box, the Company will inform you about non-acceptance
of your order and refund the payment made by you.
3.12. The Company shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of the product(s)
purchased due to any reason which is beyond its reasonable control. It is therefore
advisable that you place orders well in advance.
3.13. The Company shall not be liable for any non-delivery of the product(s) purchased on
account of erroneous details provided by you to the Company such as wrong recipient
name, recipient address or contact number, etc.
3.14. If the product is returned to the Company as undelivered due to wrong address, the
Company shall be entitled to extra cost for resending the product(s) to the correct
address. The extra cost towards re-delivery shall be paid upfront by you and the
delivery time shall be extended.

4. ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order by logging in to your account on our Platform or through the
tracking link provided in the email and SMS notifications.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and
complete. We will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery of orders due to
incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver your order multiple times in case you are
not available at the provided address. However, if the delivery is unsuccessful after
multiple attempts, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

7. RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Returns, cancellations and exchange are subject to our Return and Exchange
Policy.
