RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase! If the item doesn't fit or isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return for your order, please log in to your customer account https://adtiart.com/accountand submit a return request.

You can return items for the following reasons: • Wrong Product Sent • Incorrect Product Size • Damaged Product • Exchange for another Product

Return Window: Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping: Return shipping is FREE. We will provide you with a prepaid return label once your return request is approved.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please submit a return request and specify in the notes which size/color you'd like instead. We'll process your exchange once we receive the returned item.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: If you need a different size, we're happy to exchange your item subject to availability.

How to Initiate a Return for Damaged or Defective Items: 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will arrange a full refund or send a replacement to all orders within India.
